Synopsis

The requirements for this project were to deliver a bilingual, static HTML/CSS website; no server side language was supported. The site was to be graphics-forward with subtle scrolling animations and "parallax" effects. To accomplish this while avoiding the cumbersome and tedious nature of developing static websites, the Hyde Static Website Generator framework was put to use. This allowed me to develop using a familiar template language (Django / Jinja2) and server-side Less.
