Synopsis

The Abu Dhabi Global Environment Data Initiative required a content management system for several interactive installations. The CMS allows the client to upload content and images which would subsequently be downloaded by the various interactive installations using them.

The CMS uses a heavily modified Django Administration site to handle user authentication and content uploads. Images are dynamically cropped and resized to the dimensions required by the interactive installations. The interactive installations download the data via XML feed, and the images via Action Message Format (AMF).
